Lois was attentive and explained procedures and details carefully.
She was friendly and professional.

Everyone that I was treated by on the day of my appointment was very nice, I was seen before my time on one occasion and was on time for the second appointment. I was very impressed with my treatment.

Lois and her team were so lovely to me during my visit to Queens, they were all so professional, caring, sensitive and kind, they are all very good at their job and really put me at ease! Everything was explained to me leaving me with no questions or hesitation about the procedure. I would like to thank them very much, 10 out of 10!!!

I have been working at Queens Hospital as a Nurse Hysteroscopist and Advanced Nurse Practitioner since 2005. I enjoy my role in supporting women with menstrual issues who are referred to my own nurse-led clinics. I regularly attend courses and conferences to keep my practice up-to-date to ensure I deliver the best quality of care to my patients.
